Fire Sense - Stainless Steel Pyramid Flame Heater

Well packaged (arrived undamaged) and had all of the required parts for assembly. The instructions leave a bit to be desired, most specifically real photos of the parts in lieu of sketches would help a lot. However, it just needs a little mechanical insight to figure it out.
Took us about 3 hours to put it together but we attribute part of that time to the bottle of wine.
As it was cold outside we assembled it inside and then wheeled it into the gazebo. Hooked up a bottle of gas and it fired right up.
Very impressive unit (looks great and puts off lots of heat from both the glass tube and the heat deflector on top). We plan to purchase two (2) more in the spring to make our early spring outdoor events even more enjoyable.

heats very well and ignites on first try every time

After finally getting assembled, we are very pleased with this heater. It heats well and starts every time on first try. Assembly instructions are very vague and lead to assembly errors that make it a long project. Preattached screws have to be removed and reinstalled and some of the screws were in so tight they had to be drilled out and replaced

I need a new door panel!

While assembling this I learned that one hook on the door panel was missing! Of course this was the last step of the assembly process! I found the hook in the packaging - I guess it was welded on properly. I attached it with duct tape, but that is obviously a temporary solution. I need a replacement door.

Beautful Ambiance

We purchased two of these and they are a beautiful addition to our outdoor entertainment area. The only negtive aspect would be the amount of heat it provides. Fortunately we live in California so that isn't always a necessity.

I have been eyeing this for sometime and received it as a gift. It has been one of my favorite gifts to date. It's functional and stylish, gives off some good heat, is easy to light and if mechanical, not a difficult assembly. I would recommend this product to all!!

Love the ambience on our patio

Have had this for about a week and we love it. It's a commanding presence on our patio and it's so pretty at night. Im not sure how much heat it throws off, but we didn't buy it just for heat.

Top Quality Pyramid Heater

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it has really transformed our deck. We're out there every night - It adds a lot of ambiance. This heater is extremely well constructed in beautiful stainless steel. I agree with some of the reviews that the assembly instructions are a little vague - but if you have any mechanical sense, its not a problem at all. Don't hesitate to buy this brand - it's the best one for the money in my opinion - and I researched the heck out of it.
