Lateral leak

Bought this unit several years ago and love the concept. I recently discovered that I have a lateral leak that is emitting from the right side of the seat in a misty spray form. All fittings are secure and all listed functions are operating normally. I have 2 units in the house. The other unit has no issues. I’m suspecting the nozzle has an abnormal spray pattern and it is a self cleaning nozzle. I am happy with the unit and am planning on buying the 3rd one for my3rd toilet but will not do so until I can resolve the lateral leak problem. I am awaiting response from their support department in hopes of resolving situation.

My wife and I first tried the bioBidet bb1000 at our daughter's house and like it so much we bought one for bathroom. Great product and worked well.

Can’t live without it!

I have a Biobidet slim one for 2 years now and it’s amazing with many functions not available in other competitors of this price range. Its reliable than others because i bought a Brondell bidet which only lasted a year. Its a no brainer I replaced that for the biobidet brand.

After having several different bidets throughout the house this is definitely the best so far. Love the remote and the vortex feature. Price, features, and quality makes it the one to buy.

A back surgery problem solver

My wife has had back surgery recently and we chose the Bio-Bidet BB-1000 to provide the answers to the problem of post op care.
The features and adjustments of the 1000 allow the user to customize to their need rather than endure the frustration of a 'one size fits all'.
This seat is a sure-fire answer for recovery and everyday living. Our only regret is we didn't know about it years ago.

The best ever

This one is the bomb! Really! I’ve had the unit for a while and it is a game changer. I hope they never mess with it or change the remote or the product to “make it better”. It’s already perfect. Don’t fix if it ain’t broke. Love love love this unit. Love BioBidet. I’m a little scared seeing that the company is now owned by someone else but please take my advice. This is the only bidet you should be getting for your home. If you decide to get one make sure you get a water filter and replace it every 6-12 months according to you water quality.
