The install was described step by step and was exactly as pictured in the instructions. Remote is quick to learn and the functions are excellent. Installation in under a half hour, and that's replacing the water line.
Impressed with the product so far. Hopefully it stands the test of time.

The best bidet on the market

I have three Toto bidet’s in my home and all of them have low water pressure. I contacted the company and they said that is the ordinary pressure that they produce. I went ahead and just purchased a bio bidet. And what a difference in water pressure and in quality. it’s not a saying what a difference a day makes but what a difference a bidet makes. I highly recommend this this BioBidet.

Decent ... not fabulous

This replaces another brand bidet of similar price that lasted 5 years. This one works decent ... but really disappointed with remote -- it is quite oversized, and often have to push 2-3 times to get the spray to start. Also, does not seem to have a light in the bowl. So ... decent, but definitely NOT fabulous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Luxury

Wife used one while on a trip and loved it. Bought at the end of August. It has held up just fine so far. I did have to clean the spray wand a few times because of our hard water (once a month). Saves on TP. I don't use all the features but nice to have. Being down in FL the heated water is not really needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful Product

I purchased this seat to replace one that broke from a different manufacturer. I was hesitant to buy this when some of the reviews said the product was not sturdy. I found the product to be quite the opposite. My prior seat was far less sturdy. This seat has some nice energy-saving features I did not have before, and it works like a charm. The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is my prior seat had a nighttime illumination feature that I found very useful and this seat does not, however it is still a superior product.

This Bidet supreme BB-1000 is the best one so far that I have had. If you live in cold regions it is great to sit on a pre-warmed seat and have warm water there right away without having to wait for it to get to the toilet. Just make sure your remote is right next to the toilet otherwise you will have issues getting it to work. I found that it worked best when it was placed on the same side that the manual controller was on.

We purchased our first BB1000 3 1/2 years ago! It was a life changer for this 35 year rectal cancer survivor. Unfortunately the tank started to leak! Luck would have it, they are (were) on sale! You may ask if the first one broke, why get another? Well, due to my disease, I use my bidet 6 to 12 times per day! Right now the old one is back for repair! Again, I love my BB1000. I’m not sure what aspect I love the most? The heated toilet seat? Or, the squeaky clean BUTT!

REMOTE stopped working

We have 3 of these bio bidets in our house and after a couple years of very light use, the remote seem to stop working-- my last one just died. Have tried everything to get it to start working but it is annoying.
After paying all this money, i expect the remotes to last as long as the bidets. after reading the reviews I see that I am not the only one--seems to be a common problem
