My family has been using biobidet for years now. This was a gift from my father, the BB-2000. I can say that it is by far the best bidet I have used. I especially love the turbo feature! It's very intuitive and easy to assemble. Would highly recommend!

A number of years ago we purchased our first Bio-Bidet and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have just upgraded to this new seat and expect to get the same dependable service from this model. We recommend this brand!

We bought the BB2000 hoping it would be easier for me a low back pain/Sciatica sufferer.
It is Awesome. We have not had a single malfunction or problem with this unit.
Considering purchasing another for the spare restroom.

Great Bidet

This bidet was easy to install. It took me less than 30 minutes from unboxing to finishing the install. The seat is comfortable, the soft close works great, and the functions work flawlessly.
The only minor downsides are the images on the buttons are a bit unclear as to what they do. Thankfully, the owners manual helps with that. Also, it took almost a whole week before my product even shipped. Aside from that, I've been happy with the product!

First Bidet Experience Couldn't Be Better!

This was out first Bidet for my partner and I and we're really glad we made the move! After watching countless reviews on YouTube, and reading user reviews on Reddit, we settled on the Bb2000.
The entire installation took less than 30minutes and was pretty much self explanatory.
The only negative aspect of this, is that now working on business outside our home just feels dirty.
I would recommend this to a friend!
