Love my new bidet

This is my second bidet !
Bought the first one back during Covid and the price of toilet paper and accessibility was ridiculous was very pleased with my first one so I upgraded to the BB 2000!
The new features are amazing and the remote control is a highlight

Love it but!

Gave my wife a 2000 for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. but after 10 day the seat cover broke. Warranty covered it, took a week for the replacement. After two week that seat cover broke! Both breaks were within 1/4 inch of each other. Both time the over broke just lifting them.

So Far--So Good

Installation was very easy and took no time at all. It seems to do the job but takes some use to feel confident. Have had one glitch so far with the remote not working. It appeared to be working but seat did not function. Unplugged the seat and removed the batteries from the remote. Seemed to do the trick. Will add to this review after a reasonable use period.
