I'm underwhelmed by the water pressure and the area coverage. But since according to my research this is a top model, I guess I'll settle for it.

I've been using it now for nearly two months, because I wanted lots of time to try it out to give an honest review. It really is the height of luxury! Hubby said it wasn't bad to install, although he did notice that the plastic bolts tend to loosen on their own. I would like a backlit remote. But other than those two minor quibbles, I love the features, especially having a warm seat in our cold bathroom and a warm water wash (on max it is really VERY warm). I can not believe how much toilet paper we were going through on average - so this is saving us money for sure.

Saved my bum

My house came with the most basic, and savage bidet. It was my first so I had nothing to compare it to. I have Crohn’s, so me and my toilet are very acquainted. My fiancé bought me the bio bidet for Christmas and it’s a life changer. The heated seat. The warm and gentle but efficient water. And the dryer! I didn’t know what I was missing! It was pretty easy to set up as well.

Replaced my Washlet

The initial reaction is that this is a well built unit made with quality components. It was very, very easy to install. It is a upgrade from my Washlet that we had before. I'm pleased with the dimensions of the seat opening and the power and features seem to be good. The heat settings are robust, we will update in the future as to durability.

Complete game changer

I feel like my entire life has been a lie up until I used my new BB-2000 for the first time. My wife and I absolutely love it. It's going to be difficult to use the restroom anywhere else. Fantastic product.
