Wife's new best friend!

My wife discovered this when visiting her sister who had the BB-2000 installed in her home. When she got home, she said she had to have it. I ordered it, easily installed it, and my wife is now a very happy woman. She loves it.

Best money I ever spent

I have no colon, so I have a j pouch. I have had but burn for so long I was going to go back to the bag. On day one with the bb-2000 but burn went away and my bathroom trips went from 15 to 6 to 8 avg.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good product with enema option, warm water.
the dryer option is weak and needs to be fixed no one has 5 min to air dry their bottom.

I've been using it now for nearly two months, because I wanted lots of time to try it out to give an honest review. It really is the height of luxury! Hubby said it wasn't bad to install, although he did notice that the plastic bolts tend to loosen on their own. I would like a backlit remote. But other than those two minor quibbles, I love the features, especially having a warm seat in our cold bathroom and a warm water wash (on max it is really VERY warm). I can not believe how much toilet paper we were going through on average - so this is saving us money for sure.
