I recently purchased my 3rd BB-2000 and have installed in all but the guest bathrooms at my home. My family absolutely love the features and functionality of it. You can be confident you're getting the cleanest possible experience as it has many adjustments and enough water pressure to operate. The heated seat and dryer make it more comfortable in all seasons. We love the remote control which is mounted nicely on the wall. Installation is a breeze though I recommend reading the instructions to ensure safety of both the user and equipment.
This is an excellent product and believe it is one of the best seats on the market today. If you are looking to improve your hygiene don't hesitate to pick one up today.

Great for big people

This unit has the most powerful wash of any unit. If you are bigger then you can use the other wash fiction to get you cleaner.
I have tried other units this one really works amazingly. I would like to see this level of power on some of their newer units but unfortunately they have not done that.
So I hope this unit is never discontinued.

I bought this 4 days ago and installation was so easy. I was so happy that I decided to buy the best model for health reasons. I learned about the bidet when I travelled to Japan years ago and have been eyeing to have one not until my sister told me the benefits of it.
It's awesome and convenient this item. Go for it and you'll love it.....

I have had 3 high end bidets from 3 different brands over the past 7 years and this is by far the best. From the high amount of features to the superior quality, this model definitely stands out from the rest. Get this bidet, you will not be disappointed!

I expected it to be different. I have high water pressure in my home, but the pressure at the seat is lower than I would like. The seat was easy to install, I had to use plumbers teflon tape to get a connection without leaks.

My first Bidet!

We had to buy a whole new toilet since ours was a "french curve", but once that was done installation wasn't too difficult. I'm loving the luxury! It's getting really cold where I live so the heated seat is a welcome touch. I wasn't convinced a bidet can really clean you off, but I was wrong! This is very powerful. Lots of settings and features - I'm spending MUCH too much time on the toilet these days just finding out what it can do, LOL Two concerns- one is that a backlit remote would have been REALLY appreciated for operating at night, so I don't have to turn the bathroom light on. Also, the seat is already shifting side to side a bit - I'm afraid the bolts might break, or similar. I can't figure out WHY it is doing that - I don't think we are sitting on it weird or anything - it's just from the natural mechanics of getting up and down!
