Needless to say, I absolutely love this toilet seat. My plumber said it was super easy to install. I know it was super easy to figure out the remote control. I love the heated seat and the warm warm cleansing features. My little grandson said that he loved the warm seat on his bum. I only wish I'd upgraded to the auto open one, but wasn't thinking about that at the time I ordered. I'm sure I'll get another for the guest bath and I'll try it then. We recently put a full bidet toilet in a client's home and I like this one better.

I bought this bidet three weeks ago, And I can't stop telling people how great this is. the heated seat, the heated water, the different spray settings, the warm air dryer, or just hit the auto button. I am so happy to not use tolet paper any more. The feeling of cleanliness is refreshing. and it was easy to install.

This being the third one that I have purchased, I would like to say it's been a great help with my hemorrhoids --Hopefully I don't offend anyone but it has helped!!

I purchased a BB-2000 over a year ago. It makes for one of the high points of my day. When I travel, I miss it terribly! What a fantastic product. So easy to install with some basic wiring knowledge. I set in the outlet box n the sheet rock fastened to a 2x4 inner wall stud. I put in a waterproof (GFI?) socket, hooked up the plumbing which was super easy as well.
I've wanted one for a long time and finally pulled the trigger. Now this is what I call "Really Living"!

I installed my Bio-Bidet, took under an hour, was relatively simple. Installation Instructions were excellent. I needed a screwdriver to remove the old toilet seat, and an adjustable wrench to tighten the water lines a 1/4 turn. Otherwise, it was a breeze. After my initial shock, my first experience was refreshing and quite theraputic. As a man it provides me additional confidence in my active lifestyle hiking and playing sports. Highly recommend you get one today, you will never want to use only toilet paper again.
