Previous home I replaced two old outdoor fans with Bayview fans because its looks awesome, hands down All Hunter Fans looks great so we added five more. So of course with a new home we added one Bayview to the lanai and four Builder Plus 52” to the rest of the house. Whole house looks awesome with Hunter fans.

The fan works well and since it was replacing a previous installation, was very easy for a novice like me to install, except for one thing. There was no instruction about the need to position the canopy cover in a certain way to make it fit properly over the ceiling bracket and ball. The new bronze is a great color. The motor housing designs I saw were of the flat, "boxy" type. It would be good to have more in the way of rounded options or fancier covers.
