[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When ordering these, I read some reviews and thought I could benefit from using them for migraines and mild stress relief. I was blown away at how much this little gem could help. The heat is much more than expected from such a small device. Upon first glance, you may not think that the goggles will not do much in the way of massage - you would be wrong. They are powerful, and the heart-synced pulses hit the spot and relax you into a world of bliss. I will take these with me to work and pack them in every overnight bag I make. Thank you, Therabody, for another addition to my self-care arsenal collection.
