Love this!! Helps with falling

Love this!! Helps with falling asleep, I use it on break at work to refresh because I’m a social worker. I also use it to calm my rapid thoughts worrying about everything I need to accomplish throughout my work week.

it gave me a tremendous head ache . I tried it three three times and gave me a head ache each time; I returned it and it has been a week and still did not credit my cred9t card/ I have used three of there products and have been good these have not.

Smart Goggles

I've had the smart goggles about 2 weeks. SO far, have not done much to improve my sleep. App needs improvement such as more variety of sessions. One of the most frustrating things about the apps is that you have to take the goggles off to choose your settings and once you click start, the goggles start the session even though you are not wearing them. If you take off the goggles to change a setting on the app, the session stops because the heart rate sensor no longer has contact with your skin. Also, the instructions tell you to keep your eyes closed but one of the instructors tells you to open them which is impossible while wearing the goggles. Hopefully they will make some improvements to the app experience.

These are awesome! Rest for tired eyes! The different settings work for headache, relaxation, BP, etc. It’s a great concept to shut out the world and rest for a bit. I love the heat setting!
