I have tried reaching out to your customer support with no response several times your “chat
“ didn’t respond as no one responded to any of my emails. No support for issues which I have with my Thera face pro. Terrible support for a high priced product!

Good but needs improvement

I do love these goggles, but because I've tried another brand that's waay cheaper was the reason I say it needs improvement.
1. All the Features should be available no matter what mode. Like there's a pulse option, but it's only available in certain sessions
2. Air pressure & vibration could be an addl setting for stronger like the cheap brand has
3. Variation in air pressure movements instead of the same sequence everytime
I would have never known the difference until I bought the other brand, but now that i have both. I have the best of both worlds

I bought these to relieve tension and stress due to a fast moving job. Wow, these are incredible ! Really what I need to wind down at the end of the day or before bed.

Bad product or defective goggles?

Unbearably strong chemical smell, even after a week of airing out, makes this pair of goggles unwearable.
In addition, the massage feature is very loud, which is the opposite of relaxing. The massage pressure was also unbalanced: very strong (to the point of painful) on the left temple; far less strong on the right side.

I bought this product as a gift for my wife. She absolutely loves it and uses it just about everyday. I had to patiently wait for this to restock but I believe it was worth it as my wife enjoys it every time she uses it. One of the best tech purchases I have made!

Underwhelming. Not enough massage to be meaningful. Vibrations are too noisy to make it easy to relax. Not quite where it needs to be.
