These are useful like I've never used the other settings aside from sleep mode but it will have you well rested and waking up better in the morning. Don't even need the higher settings low level facial massage is great. Plus they have an app so you can decide how long it goes on for. I wish they had one that could hook onto your jawline as well to really fully complete the facial massage features.

Feels sturdy enough, but doesn't fit my face. It pressured my eyebrow bone instead of my temples. It wasn't very smart because otherwise, it would be able to adjust and not actively give me a headache...

Oddly satisfying but not sure if helpful…

The machine definitely has a unique use to it. I thought it would massage my eyes, and below my cheeks a bit more but depending on the shape of your face, the unit does different work. Heat, etc doesn’t mean a whole lot in my case I think I’d rather have a warm hot towel over my eyes. As far as the fit goes, it sits weirdly on your face and takes some adjusting. The straps are very annoying and cumbersome and can be irritating around the ears. Does it help? I don’t know. The vibrating noise serves as “white noise”. I’ve fallen asleep wearing it but I was already tired and wasn’t in a “I need to shut it down” mode to tell if it really relaxes or soothes my mind/helps me feel refreshed afterwards. Kudos to Therabody for trying to address something unique. As someone who strains their eyes a lot for work, I was hoping for a better result, but only time will tell.

The SmartGoggles could use some improvements. I placed a piece of scotch tape over the top left button to stop it from shaking while the goggles were in use and going through vibration modes.Some modes were effective while others weren't. The product feels gimmicky.

These goggles have become a normal part of my nighttime routine in an effort to wind down, rip my eyes away from a screen, and turn my brain down from its constant chatter.

Migraine and tension headache relief

As a neurologist I have been looking for a alternative to Botox injection to the orbicularis oculi, procerus and corrugator muscles, this massager definitely engages those muscles and has made a difference for me personally and friends with migraine and tension headaches.
