I am still deciding whether to keep it. It is heavy. It is difficult to understand what combinations of buttons to push when you want a sleep pattern vs. focus vs. relax. I really do not understand the instructions.

A product bridge, I think, but a lovely luxury.

A trifle, but a nice one. This is well-made, feels premium, is an interesting mechanical solution (I guess a smaller extension of the air boots), and completely unnecessary. The app makes it feel more “mindful”, but one still heads the mechanics over the music.
It feels great, and if you’re deciding between a, let’s say Xbox and a “treat yo self” luxury, this is it. It’s like an original Tesla Roadster (or Ford Model A, I guess) that this seems to be a test bed for new tech than a true solution.

The absolute best piece of

The absolute best piece of equipment to help my body rest and recover.
I also own several other products, such as the large and mini massagers and the cool and hot unit to put on spots that are sore. Very useful and an excellent product lineup of all categories. Thank you very much. I’m certain I will eventually own most of the technology items which are way ahead of any competitors in your arena.

Over priced and inefficient

I love Therabody products but this fell flat. I have a Renpho eye massager that is 1/4 the price of this and works better. This mostly vibrates and only slightly "massages". Fit: It's not particularly comfortable, folding at the middle it doesn't seem to want to lay flat on the face so you have gaps towards your nose. Overall I would call this a high priced, heavy, sleep mask that vibrates and plays some soothing music. I find the vibrating distracting more than relaxing but maybe others like it. It does work with the app but you have to start it in the app and then put it on and lay down. Not very efficient. I let my kids use it because it doesn't squeeze their head the way the other eye massager does.
