Great for stress and computer workers

I am in love with these. I get stress headaches often and these are a great help. I love the massage and heat, but it has also helped me to relax which is wonderful after a long day of work. I bought a second pair for my boss and I'm excited to gift them!

Great interaction with the app. Availability of relaxation, sleep, and unwinding routines makes the googles a more rounded device than I originally thought.
I use it almost every day to either just calm my eyes from seeing screens all day or just before bed to get that deep breath of mental space. It is a well built device.

I have been suffering from insomnia for the last few months. This has helped me relax to the point where I can fall asleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I put it back on, and almost always, it settles me. My only issue is that when I have the vibration on, there is an additional sound beyond the vibration that annoys me. It almost sounds like a piece inside the device is loose, but it’s not the vibration.

Surprisingly delivers. Helps with headaches (usually triggered by stress), sleep, and general relaxation. Thought it would be gimmicky but happy I took a chance and purchased.

I got a defective product

They are ok but the heat only works on one side and not the other. I looked at the user’s manual and there is no way to fix it, I think they are defective. But since it was so expensive I’m disappointed in this.

These are pretty cool. While you can use for longer, the sleep cycle last around 20 minutes and I find really effective. Purchased to try, thinking maybe a bit gimmicky, and have been really surprised. Great product, definitely recommend for anyone looking for a tool to relax before going to sleep.
