Happy purchase! Was a gift for my husband that works on computers all day or is driving. So has plenty of eye strain! He said these are awesome for relaxing him and giving him a quick break!

As a therapist, coach, and clinical psychology doctoral student, I am always looking for tools for self-care and assisting clients. I have tried many devices at this point; these goggles are one of my favorites! I am really amazed at how quickly my vitals changed and how calm I felt. The only thing I would say is that these might not be suitable for people with sensory processing sensitivity.

The idea is good but it hurts my face (pressure) no matter how I try and put the mask on.

Won't hold a charge more than 3-4 min. Return in process, but somewhat cumbersome. Will update with effective and fast resolution

I’m a massage therapist and my clients always ask for my opinion on different active recovery tools. This mask is a must if you want total relaxation. I have tried others that offer heat and vibration and thought they were good for what they did; however, this device is Next Level!! I highly recommend this device!!

Love these goggles. They are an amazing way to relax and prep for sleep..an absolute part of my routine after a busy day. I loved them so much I sent a few pairs to my sisters.
