Relaxing and great for headaches!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing! The Bluetooth feature is pretty incredible. The warming and massage therapy really helped me with a migraine on my first use. It’s very relaxing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was a really cool idea, so when it was available, I decided I wanted to try it. The day it was delivered, I had a tension headache all day, so I decided to try it out. OH MAN. 15 minutes later, my headache was gone. I continued to use the SmartGoggles because it said it helps with sleep also. I fell asleep with them on (my boyfriend took them off me after I was asleep). That sleep was the best I’ve had in a long time. I also have my boyfriend addicted to it now too. I cannot recommend this enough. If you suffer from headaches, this is your saving grace.

Noisy headache helper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I soooo wanted to love this, and there are definitely some areas that are good for stress relief, but overall not something I would grab as a first line treatment for stress. I’ll first say that if you have a headache, it can be soothing, but if sounds are a trigger, it may be best to stay away from this. The mechanics in the goggles are loud and distracting as well for using it for meditation. On that however, the pulsing feature can be soothing even with the noisiness. This isn’t terribly uncomfortable but it can be an adjustment to the upper bridge of your nose or if you have high cheek bones. The programs on the app are good and I’ll continue to use this on my lunch break for a pick me up, as I feel that it is more energizing than relaxing.

I personally don't like the amount of pressure for the eye areas.
I don't like that the sounds have to come from the app on the phone and not through the non existent speakers on the headset.
I do like the amount of pressure on the temple area.
I do like the heat option on the headset.

Goggles that bring tranquility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m over the moon about these Therabody Smart Goggles. First, they fit my head perfectly, and are nice, and comfortably snug. I love how the settings are customizable to your specific needs whether you want compression, vibration, or heat. I have chronic uveitis (eye inflammation) due to illness, and these goggles really assist to ease my eye pain.
Some other advantages I love, are the fact that they pair with an app. I’m able to select the perfect music to ease me into a tranquil state. I’m a busy mom, so relaxation in the evening is so important to me. Also, these are such a perfect travel companion. If you’re not driving, and on a long trip or plane ride, these could really come in handy. I think this is such an amazing gadget to have for
relaxation, and I’m excited to explore more products from Therabody.

Such a cool product for winding down and relaxing!

It’s just a good product it feels comfortable when you’re wearing it and you can adjust the strap. You can connect it to your phone app and there are so many different settings you can choose. The vibration and massage feels so good on your temples and the heat therapy is so cool. This was so relaxing!
