Amazing tool

I absolutely love my flat iron! I just recently cut my hair into a cute lil pixie cut and I needed a thin/small enough tool to help me curl my hair in between salon visits. This flat iron leaves my hair sleek, and shiny!

I had this flat iron many years ago, and it was great. Of course technology changes and it’s still great. What I like about it is it gets close to the edges scalp.

Received my iron and it did not get hot I believe it was a refurbished item that I was sent, I’ve been purchasing fhi products for over 15 years and lately the irons are not lasting more than 6 months

I love it but I do notice that sometimes the on light goes out ( not after the time limit) and I have to plug it in again, turn on off button a few times. That’s why 4 stars. Hope it lasts since I do love the iron.
