A good monitor... But DP cable is missing?

So, this is a really nice monitor. Good colors (99% SRGB), very smooth (180Hz), and has both HDMI and DisplayPort... With the included DP cable missing? How? I'm so confused, it's a new product that is sealed, not a open box unit. Nothing looked to be tampered with. Maybe it's a factory mix-up and I got unlucky. Also when I tried to turn off HDR using DisplayWidget Center, it freaked out and showed static and a static sound played through the speakers. I don't think it matters as it works now but weird.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good monitor for Gaming

Son needed a monitor with a higher refresh rate for his games. Seems to work as described. Was easy to set up. No issues (or complaints from my son) after the initial few weeks.

Great stand with a variety of viewing options from tilt, turn, raise / lower and can also be viewed in 90° vertical viewing in both directions. Great if your cords plug in on a certain side. Great for any PC / Gaming Console that supports vertical displays. Has 2 HDMi Ports, Aux Port and a Display Port ( HDMI cord included ) Looks incredible but I’d recommend speakers for the full experience. No volume buttons so you’re going through settings to adjust. Poor sound quality diminishes how good it truly looks. As a monitor it’s great. If you’re using a gaming system add a BT speaker or some AUX Speakers. Nothing bad to say asides sound quality / volume control.

Doesn't have Display Port cable

Overall is good for the price. But contrary to what Bestbuy website claims under "what's included," it doesn't include display port cable. This is misleading and should be addressed by Bestbuy.

Needed a secondary monitor with respectable specs for my desktop setup. Product was simple to put together and works great. Only gripe is not being able to adjust the height of the screen, but not enough to affect the rating.

WRONG SIZE

Just ordered and picked my monitor which was supposed to be a 23.8 wide INSTEAD I got a whopping size 21. The BOX it self even states 23.8. What is wrong with folks at Best Buy these days or whoever packages. Sheesh what a annoying night.

Good, but no Displayport cable.

The monitors are good, but PLEASE update your description. I bought 2 and neither one came with Displayport cables. I now have to purchase that seperately, and I won't be doing so from Best Buy as I can't trust that I'll receive what's described.

Dead Pixel and Back Light Bleeding

The Build and Color is Good but when the first time I on this monitor. I saw one dead pixel in the lower right and in the upper right the backlight bleeding is worst. I return this monitor and I got Acer monitor instead. more cheap and no issues
