I bought these to replace my Bose sports ear buds. Here is what I needed and how the Beats fared.
1. Secure in my ear for running and riding. The hook or clip works really well. Very comfortable too.
2. Longer battery life. I used them for about 4 hours straight and it drained about 30%. So very good in this regard.
3. Low profile. My Bose stick out a lot. Beats are very good.
4. Noise cancelling. I didn't really need this but now that I have it, I love it!
Perhaps the only thing I don't love is that the case is a bit cheap.

I would not recommend these for a smaller person. They do not fit well and in fact fell out my ears more than once the first morning I wore them. As well, since I was always trying to push them back into my ear I kept hanging up on the person I was talking to on the phone. I did call to see if they can be returned and they cannot. Super disappointed and frustrated.

Better than Airpod Pros

My airpod pros would fall out of my ear all the time and hurt my ears, these beat fit pros are so comfortable and don’t fall out! Sound great too.

Product hurts my ears

I had to return these after 2 weeks because of the bruises I got in my ears from the design of these EarPods. The flaps poke straight up into skin. The tips that go inside the ear are also not the best quality because I got bruises inside my ears too. I switched these for AirPods Pro which don’t have as good of a base sound, but are for sure more comfortable. It might also come to preference ear shape, because I’ve only heard a few people complain about the fit/shape.

They fit in your ear really good I really like that part but I wish they had more volume, more louder for the price you pay and some more bass

After purchasing from bestbuy.ca (and it being labelled "in stock" by Best Buy), I was charged $15 for duty fees since they shipped it from Hong Kong.
The product shipped in good condition, although upon using it during mild physical activity (walking, throwing a frisbee) the sound connection interrupted about once every 5 minutes. Kind of throws off your groove.
Other than that, excellent sound quality, fairly good noise cancellation. No problem pairing it with my Android phone.
