Only a few mugs are able to fit under the coffee dispenser which makes it inconvenient also the milk take a little long to heat

More opportunity

I think there is more opportunity to provide more detail details on how often you should de-scale the machine, as well as cleaning the froth mechanism. The manual does not include much cleaning instruction.
