Very impressed. This brand has very good design. I had a crock pot from Chefman as well and it was fantastic! Very thoughtful and made with the user in mind. Easy to read instructions. Thank you!

It works, but instructions vague

Instructions didn't mention to remove the red rubber thing under the water tank before first use. There was a sticker with a graphic that also wasn't clear. Once I figured that out, the rest was pretty easy and overall I think it works well.

Upgrade

This is an upgrade from my introductory espresso makers. Super pleased! I love the 10 - 90 second program time setting!! I'm getting the exact cup of espresso to my liking (fantastic!). The instructions have been precise and thorough so it's been quite simple to learn. Thank you! So far so very good.
