I am having a good experience so far, but I am also skeptical as I’ve had other espresso machines that stop working after periods of time due to pump or heater failure so I’m waiting to see how it goes.

This espresso machine great. Much better than the no name one I had before. The taste of the espresso is 10 times better than from the machine is used to have that didn't last a year. The Crema is better and the froth steamer is 100 time better than all other home use machines I have used.
