Microphone Works intermittently on Teams calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my most recent Windows 11 update on my Dell the microphone did not work on Teams calls. It worked on meetings and in other applications. Tried everything. Took it to IT. Used my Jaba headset just fine. Next day it worked just fine. Overall, I it is a little uncomfortable, the dongle disconnects randomly. I like I can answer calls, but does not always seem to work.

I love these headphones! I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these headphones! I don't care for buds and these are super comfortable without being big and clunky. Sound and voice are great - I had an older version for work given to me by the company and they broke so I bought a new set out of pocket (company didn't want to pay for another.)

This headset functioned as expected. Sound clarity and connectivity were fine although given the price, there are just a s good of options out there at less than half the price of these.

Battery very good, Bluetooth connectivity is much better comparing to the previous model I used, two simultaneous Bluetooth connections (laptop & phone) are very convenient. Sound is good.

Love and hate

I really love these headphones but they are not loud enough. I still love them they are really cute, even that I was hoping since kings of surround music for the price.

Very Good - But Uncomfortable and Weak Noise Cancellation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is very good for phone calls, but muddy for music. I bought them for office use, so for that purpose, they work well. Unfortunately, they seem to press on my ears making them feel hot after awhile. I once had a monaural headset that rested lightly on my ear and I didn’t know it was there after awhile. Not the case with the Zone headset. How uncomfortable they are is my only disappointment, especially since they are advertised as an all-day headset. Not the case to me. Also, I feel the noise cancellation is weak, especially compared to my Apple AirPods Pro AirPods. When I wear the AirPods and I turn on noise cancellation, I hear almost nothing around me. The Zone noise cancellation makes only a little difference.
I guess for the price I got what I paid for. They work fine, but if I had to do it over again, I would have bought something else that’s more comfortable for long periods.
