A timepiece to be an excellent choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of being able to control it remotely and access all the data. Having an EKG and sleep apnea features built-in is a huge plus. And a sleeping coach to help improve my rest? Sign me up! This definitely seems like something worth checking out for anyone serious about their health and well-being.
