[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My health has improved significantly since I have this watch. I can easily track my steps to reach my daily goal. It motivates me to keep moving until I met my goal. I am walking more, losing weight and feeling better. The watch integrates nicely with my Samsung phone and I can even use Galaxy AI on it.
I recommend this watch to friends and relatives to motivate them to get fit and feel better about themselves.

Plus, the insights it provides help me understand what might be impacting my sleep quality. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear my Galaxy watch every day, to school, work, gym, easily tracking my steps and workouts in a way I understand, unlike other overcomplicated products. Checking the time is as easy as possible too, with me being able to just glance at my wrist without the lift of a finger. I also frequently use the weather, calendar, Galaxy AI chat, and compass features of my watch. This product is extremely helpful, smooth, and usable, even for somebody with bad vision like myself.
