Scroll wheel stopped working

I've had this mouse since March 2022, it is now August, and the scroll-wheel stopped working a few weeks ago. The mouse also phantom-scrolls when you aren't even touching it.
In the beginning it was very comfortable, I think some people might find the thumb-side slippery as there is no grip, but for me it is okay. I loved being able to program all the buttons and there are multiple button profiles you can set. The broken scroll-wheel, however, is a deal breaker, and I'll be choosing another brand to try.
