The PC arrived with a minor screen issue, a small peeling spot that's visible but doesn't currently affect functionality. However, I'm unsure if it might worsen over time, so I decided to let it go for now.
Later, I noticed a speaker issue. I suspected it might be driver-related, so I reinstalled the audio drivers, but the problem persisted. The glitch is brief, like a millisecond hiccup, similar to the sound of an old record skipping. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved it.
If the issue continues or worsens, I plan to use the warranty.

We bought our HP laptop to do some work using the internet. The set up was easy!!! Very important for nontechy people. ;) a lot of questions popped up while setting up. Some I wasn’t sure of, could I go back later? Was it a one time thing? If not…. Where you find it again? It would be nice to make that clearer. Great screen size. I’m happy with it because I can do what I need to.

I have thought for many years that all PC Manufacturers should make it easier for all of their customers to understand & execute (or ai now to automatically execute) all necessary steps to keep their personal data Safe & their PC's running smooth as new for however long they have them. Most do not understand about all of settings, virus protections, etc. Maybe some sort of Simple Checklist / Program to be opened upon New Purchase - ?

Problems going from one HP computer to another HP computer

Having a serious problem trying to add my printer. Been trying for quite some time and not adding that device. Discovered the printer was purchasing sometime in 2018 - but nothing wrong with it and working great (it is the HP ENVY 6200 photo series). I am very satisfied with this printer so would you please tell me a way to add the printer to this new HP computer that I now own. Have never had a problem before with what I needed as far as going to one HP computer to another as I have had this time. Would you help out so this can be resolved?
