So glad it's electric and don't have to worry about gas tanks. Gives off a good amount of heat. Hard to put together though. Nice looking too.

Easy Assembly

The box looked intimidating at first, but assembly was easy, good directions and holes actually lined up. Too warm to use it yet. Not loving the look of it, but if it does the job and I don't have to deal with propane, I'll be happy.

Ok, I love this product. However there are a few things I would like to vent on. First the instructions are not great. The photos need to be taken a little farther from the pieces so you can tell what it is you’re looking at. Second, the design of the plug that connect the heater to base was extremely frustrating to set up. If the cord from the heater was 3inches longer it would have been easy. Last, the base was scarred and dented. I will talk to the seller about this. Buuuut... after it was all set up and I turned it on, I fell in love with it. Works great and look awesome. Would recommend it no problem, just be prepared for a little frustration, lol.

I made a good decision

Purchased this heater for my screened in gazebo. I considered natural gas and propane initially. Didn’t want to run gas lines to the structure because of the hassle and expense. I also didn’t fell like purchasing propane and transporting it around. This unit inexpensive to operate and there is no preparation work to feel warm. I can go out to my gazebo and be instantly warm with the flip of a switch

Just what we wanted for our patio

I bought this heater two weeks ago and have used it 4 times. Yesterday we turned it on while eating our lunch. After about 10 minutes it stopped working. I checked all breakers and the outlet. All looked fine, I hit the on switch and the lamp came on again. It lasted a few minutes and again cycled off. I tried the switch again and it wouldn't come on but, after about five minutes I tried the switch again and on went the heater. That occurred a couple of more times exactly the same way. This morning I turned it on and it has been going for about 40 minutes just fine without cycling off. I'm just not sure what to expect now and will wait to see before calling on the warranty. When the product is on, it is exactly what we wanted for our patio situation. I guess my review would be five stars if I was sure of it's reliable function going forward!
