Great camera

This is my 5th cell camera from stealthcam and I think my 15th stealthcam overall. I've had regular deceptors before and the updates definitely make the camera better and the battery life is worth is. Just great. I've had some of their cameras for almost 10 years now and they have been good. Some cheaper ones tend to leak. Specifically the prowler leak and no longer work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This camera while taking better pictures is doing the same thing as my older models of stealth cameras. I drove my truck down a road and back in full view of the camera and it never took a single picture. I also walked through the FOV and nothing. A regular game camera took multiple pictures. It does seem to capture pictures from farther away than the older models. My older models just seem to take pics of things out of the field of view. "A nose, a few horns, a pigs head, but hardly ever an entire animal.It will take pics of animals if they stay in the field of view for a longer time period (mine is set for 5 minutes). It is NOT a reliable camera for taking pics all the time. I think the quality of the camera is weak, although I do love the cell features on it. If the overall quality of the actual camera (picture taking mechanisms) would improve, it would get 5 stars. I want to get more of these but I cannot trust them to take pics when animals come through. And the game identifiers are very laughable. Pigs id as Turkeys, rabbits as squirrels, pigs id as deer, etc. I dont care at all about that because you should be able to recognize the animals. I hope the overall camera quality improves.

I love the OnDemand feature for grabbing photos or videos during certain events. The extra battery capacity works wonders when you are scouting WMAs and want to ensure your batteries don't run out. I recommend getting the pair to maximize your success.

As soon as it came out I heard about it and I said I’ll get it. It’s so easy to setup I been it running it right next to a Tactcam and it’s slow to get the picture but it has a longer battery life and there so much more I can do just need to add a tracking GPS into the camera incase it do get taken by someone we can track it.
