Purchased this product. Did not meet the expectations. Lots of background noises picked up even in quiet atmospheric settings. Crackling noises. Contacted the after market company to begin the return process. They would not accept the product back unless the product was in its “new and original packaging”. Kind of tough to know they don’t work well without using them right?? Found this to be sad. Sell a product. Don’t back it up at all. Won’t be buying anything else from Bestbuy or their after market company again. Do your research if you buy this product from a vendor that actually supports what they sell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
