I have 2 very remote game trails...in other states than I reside. Cameras have fair to good AT&T access. I location is subject to weather extremes. Both locations function very well and squirrels don't like the taste of wire reinforced cable. Wire the power connector to the base of your camera so weather & animals cannot unplug the aux. battery cable. Fantastic product for remote applications.

Best external battery I’ve ever owned

I have tried several different batteries but this one is hands down the best!! For example, I put one of my Stealth Cell cams out in the beginning of June of 2021, it’s now the end of February 2022 & the battery is still full!! My other one was doing great but somehow got water inside and that was the end of that. BUT I’ll be getting another as soon as possible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the Trail Camera 12V / Solar Auxiliary Power Pack, December of 2022. Living in Minnesota, the extreme cold (-22F, -30C) would drain my 8-AA batteries in 7 days.
Now, since we have moved into March, The Trail Camera 12V / Solar Auxiliary Power Pack has stayed fully charge I have not had any problems.

It is now not not only rusty, but the battery charge terminal is not easy to plug in and it shows always red. The cable in the back is also coming loose and is not from rodents.
I use my Garde Pro camera only at night for wildlife, mainly coyotes which I take care of.
Solar works ok in San Diego, but I still need to charge the battery. I think the charger should hold up better. However there are not many choices out there and I will not buy 8 batteries every 4 days. So I say, try it .
