I didn't get the magnet monitor because I read reviews that there were issues with it staying on the laptop. Hence why I went with the ThinkVision.

The only additional step I needed to do was to set the display to extend vs. mirror. The monitor is lightweight, comes with its own protective case, and will easily fit into a backpack with the laptop. Highly recommend!
