I bought a pair of onyx studio 8 around Black Friday last year. Previously I had onix studio 3 and 4. Overall is a great sound. It is a pain to synchronize them for stereo sound I have to reset and synchronize it every time. Besides that, one speaker stopped working, power failure.

Thank you for reaching out. To activate Wireless Stereo Boost on our Onyx Studio 8. Turn on both speakers, then press and hold the Bluetooth button on the first Onyx Studio 8 for 5 seconds, then do the same on the second speaker to pair them together. Ensure that they are within 10 meters of each other. As for the other speaker, use a different charging cable, power adapter, and, while it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. Also, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support.
