Great product but difficult to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I chose a Samsung S25 Ultra to upgrade my husband's work phone with. He had an S24 Ultra previously. I usually set up all new technology and transfer items and log in to all the dozens of accounts.
I never had a harder time going through setup before than with the S25 Ultra. I don't know if this a device or a series problem, but not every Google account was set up during transfer, about half. Meaning a lot of things won't sync. All saved text messages weren't sent over, causing issues on Day 1 and still on Day 5. Trying to initiate and finish this smart switch transfer also is impossible this time. The phone, when finally connected, just won't sent information and then disconnect after a long time waiting for something to happen.
The E-Sim also wouldn't get transferred to the new phone. I had to call the helpdesk 11(!) TIMES to make it work.
I am so over this and I am afraid to upgrade my phone to an S25 Ultra and feel like I should skip this series. I will wait for the S27 to come out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my phone. I have been stuck on Samsung my whole life. The 20 was my favorite until I had to get a new phone. I chose the s 25 ultra and the camera is beneficial to my profession. I needed a good camera to capture the hair I do!
The pen is amazing too especially when it comes to signing documents.

Superb Excellence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose a 5-stars rating for the Samsung galaxy s25 ultra because Samsung is a trusted and known brand, whenever they bring-out the latest Galaxy s Ultra series devices it's always ranked #1. Their devices feature AI, also the Ultra comes with an e-pen known as the s-pen. This is very handy & useful when I have to sign my signature to forms & documents, better than using my stubby fingers. Another useful feature with my Samsung device is it connects to my Samsung smart tv. My device turns into the actual remote for my smart tv. It also can mirror what's on my device to the smart tv's picture screen. The device recharges super fast, the design is ultra slim, over 500gb in device space. I also use my device as my own personal digital wallet. I don't have to carry around bank cards anymore, just my Samsung galaxy device. I frequently use my Samsung for navigating from point A to point B, also my Samsung device counts my steps and tells me how much calories I've burned for the day, how long I've been physically active through the day (all for healthy info). Im always online, but no need for a laptop, the Samsung galaxy s Ultra series is powerful enough to take care of all your online duties or projects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra sets a high standard for flagship smartphones. The dynamic display is bright, clear, and easy to read even in direct sunlight, making everyday outdoor use seamless.
Battery life is remarkably dependable, easily powering through a full day of heavy multitasking, media consumption, and camera use without needing a recharge mid-day.
The camera system is a major highlight, delivering sharp photos with accurate colors and impressive low-light performance. Zoom capabilities remain top-tier, capturing clear details from a distance.
