Really like the AI feature...still learning how I can use it to my advantage. I was really torn between this or the flip 7 and so glad I got the Ultra. Screen is by far better and the camera blows all other devices away. Hopefully this one lasts as long as my S20 did!

Terrible service compared to old phone.

The camera is the best thing about the phone. Other than that it has terrible service. Its half of what my old phone was .. I constantly have to run a cell booster in places where I had 4g with 3 or 4 bars before. It will show you that you have 4g and 1 bar.. but good luck calling or texting out.. it doesnt even let ya try to call out. I wish I had my old phone back.. I should have bought a good camera instead.

What surprised me the most is the integration of AI into everyday use; it makes everything faster and smoother, from retouching a photo to organizing my schedule. You can tell that the software and hardware are finally working as one. Excellent team, worth every penny of the investment.
