[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Completely satisfied with my S25 Ultra. I had switched to the Pixel on my last purchase and instantly regretted it. I really appreciate the fact that i have the S pen that stays completely secured in the phone until pressed. Will get a substantial amount more useful during winter and cold days. Constantly gaming and trading crypto currency in my phone. This hasn't changed how long my battery lasts by too much. Obviously, considering constant usage will Obviously drain your battery quicker. The definition and quality of the graphics in gaming are better than a lot of TV pictures. No screen lagging or overheating, whatsoever! Definitely going to be staying with Samsung for every future phone purchase!

Over hyped and lacking originality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a long term Samsung Galaxy user. I've had the Note series since the Note 2 over a decade ago. The ONLY reason I switched to the 25 Ultra is because I clumsily washed my Note 10+5G in the washing machine and I needed something ASAP. ( My Note 10+ was fine after 2 weeks of drying out but I had already processed the insurance claim) After going back and forth with insurance not getting me a comparable phone, I ordered the 25 Ultra. I had to get the 1 TB as I'm a power user and my 10+ had the expanded SD slot with a 1 TB.
The only thing I like about this phone is the AI features, which are now available older models. The audio cleanup is great, although it's starting to sound robotic now.
The phone locks up, shuts down apps that have been stable on all my previous Galaxy devices, it overheats, the lack of BT on the S Pen is tolerable but still frustrating, the BT disconnects from my watch and other devices at random, the screen doesn't always recognize when I am touching it, it fails diagnostic tests occasionally. Overall it's not a great phone. Not to mention, it doesn't have the originality of the Galaxy series anymore as the body is moreso straight edged instead of the unique curved edges and sides.
I'll likely be returning this and looking for a 23 or 24. It definitely feels like a downgrade.

The S Pen makes jotting down notes and adjustments quick and natural—almost like writing on paper, but way more organized. The camera is outstanding; I use it constantly to capture high-quality photos of the resulting dishes, and the detail is so sharp that it’s perfect for sharing with clients. I Enjoy My Phone Although I've Been Having Slight Issues With My Camera & I Just Purchased The Phone. Im Disappointed Samsung Removed The S Pen Features Like The S24 Which Is One Of The Main Reason I Upgraded. Although I Do Love The Galaxy AI Feature It's Amazing. I Enjoy The Quality Of The Phone. As Well As The Speed & Battery Life. The Phone Is Great But I Would Love For Them To Aleast Bring Back The Pen Features.

Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the phone and all the new features. The only downside is the stylus doesn't allow you to use it to take pictures with. A major disappointment about that. My family always asks me to take the pictures because of the camera quality and the fact that the stylus allowed me to use it without holding the phone awkward to get a good picture. The Galaxy AI is on point. Very helpful and useful. I have been a long time samsung user and I am over all impressed on how they continue to innovate new features like Galaxy AI.
