[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my Note 9 after having it for 8+ years...it was time. This phone has so many features that, here I am over a year with it, and I still haven't used all of the features it has. It also has 2 Sim card slots, so I can add an additional phone number without having to have a seperate phone, if I want to use it as a business phone as well. I have used the "Galaxy AI" to get specific information on searches I've done. That has been TREMENDOUSLY helpful. It's a learning curve for me being a senior but I'm learning. The only 2 things I wish is that they kept the wired headphone port, so charging and listening to music/books/movies,etc...) while charging the phone is possible. And came in more distinct colors, as the gray and the lavender/purple pretty much look the same(light & matalic). But they are still nice colors. I thoroughly enjoy the on board stylus. As a senior with arthritic hands sometimes it's difficult to tap the appropriate buttons on the keyboard, anybody with "word prediction" understands my issue, the on board stylus is definitely a game changer for me. The camera is excellent, but for the fact that there is a significant delay in shutter speed when trying to take a fast picture. If the subject of the picture isn't stationary, chances are you'll miss the picture. But I really don't know if it's a phone issue or a me really "not knowing what I'm doing" issue. There may be something in my settings that I need to do. Anyway, I definitely recommend this phone.

The stunning display makes watching movies incredibly immersive, and the impressive battery life easily gets me through a full, heavy day of use. It has genuinely improved my daily workflow and entertainment experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being a loyal Galaxy S series user for over a decade this is my first Ultra model. Ive had the legendary S10e, S24+, and now S25 Ultra. I can't think of one thing that I could legitimately complain about. For the first time I've invested in the Samsung ecosystem more than ever with a watch, Buds3 Pro, and am beginning to explore the complexity of SmartThings. On top of that I recently have started using Oticon Zeal hearing aids which connect with Bluetooth and they work together better than I would have imagined. It seems that everyday I learn of new things to do with this phone.
I was skeptical about Galaxy AI at first thinking it is just a way to justify a higher price point but as I learn to use it more, the less skeptical I am. I can't say a lot about the majority of features as I like to learn a bit at a time but so far by a longshot the best part is Circle to Search. I've saved a ton of headache and money by taking pictures of things I know nothing about and using the feature. It's very easy to use and there hasn't been one thing I haven't been able to figure out with it. I plan on using this phone for years and look forward to learning about everything this great flagship can do.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending some serious time with the **Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra**, it’s safe to say this thing is an absolute beast. Samsung finally rounded off those sharp corners, making it way more comfortable to hold for hours at a time, and the screen is massive, bright, and practically reflection-free. But what really changes the game for me is how it handles my daily routine: I use this phone for gaming, and the performance is incredible. Thanks to the new Snapdragon chip and Galaxy AI working in the background, the phone intelligently manages its heat and battery. I get locked, smooth frame rates without the phone turning into a brick of fire in my hands. Next-Level Streamin for watching and managing streams, that 6.9-inch display is unmatched. Plus, the Galaxy AI tools are actually useful. I can press and hold on any video clip to instantly turn it into smooth slow-motion, or use the AI audio tools to erase background noise from clips I want to share. The Verdict If you are heavy into gaming, streaming, or content creation, Galaxy AI makes this feel less like a standard phone and more like a smart, adaptive console. It's expensive, but it genuinely keeps up with everything I throw at it.
