Humidifies our bedroom well, however ‘insists’ on drying the wick on an almost daily basis. I use a bactericide additive in the water to prevent mold and bacteria so I should have the option of not drying the wick and getting annoying reminders.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend the levoit sprout evaporative humidifier!! I love the water container, its easy to fill and clean. I love that this has a drying mode to extend the life of the filter. You can Bluetooth this to your phone and set a schedule and even connect it to your Alexa! Its truly an amazing brand!!

I really do like it and think it works super well for the most part! It cannot get my 10x10 room above 50% humidity though with the heat on; not the end of the world though. I also wish it were capable of telling me via the app what the water level is at; again, not a big deal but it would be a nice feature! Overall I really like it and it works way better than the canopy humidifier we had. Would definitely recommend for smaller rooms!

A cute appliance, thoughtfully designed. The night light is warm and adds a nice ambience. I’m not convinced the sensor is reading accurately though—it seems to be pretty sensitive to placement. (Moving it about 10 inches will give me a +/- 5% humidity reading.) So I mostly don’t use that data and keep it manually on low. Another thing I learned during setup is that you need a wifi connection in order to connect your appliance to the app. I’m so used to using Bluetooth for tech setup that I didn’t think of that! Thus, I have no feedback about the app :)
The second fan setting is much louder than the first, so I rarely use it. And for sensitive-to-light sleepers, the panel lighting might be too bright, so I recommend using baby sleep mode.
Overall, a great product. It works well as a humidifier, but I’m basing that off of feel rather than the sensor.

Really nice humidifier. I like that it’s connected to an app and sends you notifications. It has an auto option where you can set the humidity level you want it to be at and tells you what the current humidity in the room is. Great for hard water.

Not good - makes high pitched frequency noise

Makes extremely high pitched noise when our little one is sleeping, which is extremely annoying and makes her wake up. Not ideal for a new sleeping baby, annoying since we spent so much on it.
