Samsung for ear buds

It Does not play in both ears any music or videos with my earbuds. It only plays on my right ear. I bought Samsung ear buds and they still don't work. I just bought this phone too. Very disappointed. It plays on other phones, just not my Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a single problem with my S24FE. All my apps seem to work flawlessly. My battery holds a full charge all day even when I'm using it heavily. Recharging is fast as well. If I forget to get to put it in the charger at night I get a decent charge in the time it takes to get ready and I'm still good to go for the day.
