Its avery good looking watch. I have only 2 cons. Its not as loud as my classic watch 3. The watch face is just a tad smaller then the classic watch 3.
Buggy. I've had to reset the watch a couple times in the short time I've had the watch, a couple months. The screen is slow to respond and sometimes won't even with touch sensitivity turned up. When I turn it off then put it in the charger it turns back on...I want it off! Not many apps, watch faces, and bands are limited. I plan on contacting Support when I have time to go through all that but you asked for a review... bad timing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. Your Galaxy Watch8 Classic will turn back on when placed on the charger if the "Auto Power On" setting is enabled in the watch's battery settings. To charge the watch without it turning on, you must disable the "Auto Power On" option by going to Settings > Battery on the watch and toggling the feature off. Love the watch, the band connectors are outstanding, and the sensors in the backseem to be a bit more sensitive than the ones on my Galaxy watch 5. Sadly, the battery life in the watch 8 is shorter than my watch 5. Not sure why because the watch 8 is larger than the 5.
I've been extremely happy with my new Galaxy 8 classic watch and my new Ultra 25 phone. They paired together wonderful and I'm learning all the ins and outs on it very pleased.
