I enjoy both nice watches as well as techy gadgets and the Samsung Classic watch 8 combines both. I wore it to a function as my dress watch and got many compliments. Very intuitive, lots of features, and the rotating bezel is a great feature. My new favorite watch.

Play services using 40 percent of the battery? For the first week battery life was pretty good. I upgraded from watch 5 pro knowing the battery life would be a huge difference. I was getting a full day at least out of this watch but now I have to charge it once I wake up and right before I go to bed. No AOD. Samsung claims you get 30 hours with AOD on. Seems like a lie to me. Also seeing people with manufacturing defects and samsung claiming a 12 month warranty but you need samsung care doesnt make sense at all. Its unfortunate that the past couple years it seems like samsung is going apples route. All about making money and screw the customer any time you can. I've used samsung for at least 15 years and they do almost nothing for the customer at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a female I thought the watch would be too big for my wrist. It’s fine. However, I have a rash from the band that won’t go away. I have washed the band and not worn the watch for a few days. As soon as I put the watch back on my wrist breaks out again.

Bought this as a gift to myself for making it 5 years at my current job.
I had the galaxy watch 4 which I got for free a few years ago. Last summer I wore it to cedar point, and the battery died way to fast. The last ride I stood in line for my watch died. We lost my friend, and with my watch being dead no way to contact her, and her husband asking me over and over if my watch worked.
I have been needing a new watch. Which the battery lasted longer other than that I really like the watch. Im glad I went with the black watch with the stainless steel, and the pink wrist band it looks good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleep, blood oxygen and other sensors are improved and more accurate. I like that I can access Galaxy AI at the push of a button or command. The new watch 8 classic is definitely the best looking of them all. I got it in white and it's so classy. Love the rotating bezel that my 6 classic had and the new customizable button is cool and useful as well. All of the tracking seems more accurate than the 6 classic I traded in. This watch is perfect. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase!
