They're Junk...

Well they don't charge properly and they won't go into pairing mode. Instead of replacing them Samsung wants me to ship them across the country for God knows how long to have my BRAND NEW EAR BUDS REPAIRED! As always, install of doing the right thing they do it "The Samsung Way." Which generally involves the customer getting screwed. So there's my review. They're junk...

Wind Shield, Blade Light, Swipe, and Pinch Control enhance usability. We hate to see that you’re having trouble with charging and pairing. To help with the charging, we recommend cleaning the charging contacts on both the case and the earbuds, as dust or debris can sometimes hinder proper charging. Additionally, you might want to try resetting your earbuds by placing them in the charging case with the lid open and holding the touch sensors for about 7 seconds until the LED indicator shows they are resetting. Bad choice

1. When you install only the right earphone, a sharp squeak (grinding) appears from it, and it is constantly repeated if the left earphone is not installed. If you install the left earphone before the right one, then this does not happen. When I first bought these headphones, this problem did not exist, it appeared after 2–3 months of using them.
2. Regardless of what size rubber earbuds you use, the headphones do not stay in your ears, you have to constantly adjust them.
I really regret that I changed the Galaxy Buds2 Pro headphones to Galaxy Buds3 Pro
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
