The design of the Buds3 Pro features improved comfort for an immersive listening experience, with a redesigned shape that provides the best fit we've ever created. Additionally, to ensure your earbuds shine just as brightly as you do, we've incorporated Blade Lights that stand out and enhance your overall listening experience. We hate to see that you've encountered some noise concerns with your earbuds. First, please check for software updates on both your earbuds and the device they’re connected to, ensuring that both have the latest version installed. If the issue arises while using a specific app, such as Spotify, please confirm that the app is also up to date. For further troubleshooting, try unpairing your earbuds from your device by going to Settings, selecting Connections, then Bluetooth. Find your earbuds, tap the settings icon next to their name, select Unpair, and confirm. If your earbuds were connected to the Galaxy Wearable app, unpairing will also remove them from there. If the noise persists, consider resetting your earbuds while they are connected to the Galaxy Wearable app. Navigate to Earbuds settings, select General, then tap Reset, and confirm. Once completed, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Fantastic buds!

I absolutely adore these buds! It's the first time I'm actually forgetting I'm wearing it. So many features and choices, thanks to all the developers for this product!
I love these earbuds all the way around. My only complaint is my buds have trouble connecting to the case to charge. I have to use my phone to see if they are charging properly and much wiggling around if they are not. It's frustrating to slip them into the case and open it later and they aren't charged. I don't know if it's just mine or if it's others. The ports are clean. Anyway besides that, i lovem
Doesn't hold in ears and controls are too sensitive when adjusting them.

The Buds3 Pro offers a great fit and enhanced comfort for immersive listening. With a redesigned shape that provides our snuggest fit ever, you can enjoy your music in comfort. Additionally, we've introduced Blade Lights to ensure your Buds stand out from the crowd and brighten up your listening experience. We noted your concerns about the fit as well as the controls being a little sensitive. To address the touch sensitivity, we recommend restarting your earbuds. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you might want to try completely resetting them. Also, please check for software updates. You can do this through the Galaxy Wearable app or using your PC. To assess the fit, run the earbud fit test for the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap on "Sound quality and effects," then select "Earbud fit test." The screen will indicate whether each earbud is "In ear" or "Not in ear." Ensure both earbuds are properly inserted in your ears, and then tap "Start." The earbuds will play a chime for a few seconds, after which the app will display your results, indicating either a "Poor fit" or a "Good fit." If the fit is poor, make small adjustments to the earbuds and tap "Try again." Continue running the fit test and adjusting the earbuds until you achieve a good fit result for both.
