Wish I never bought them

I was super excited when I first got them but they keep disconnecting, and for some reason will not pause the content on my phone blasting whatever I am listening to, to those around me.
Additionally the "in ear" detection is terrible it will repeatedly think they have been taking out of my ear when they wernt. There is no way to just disable in ear detection either

Rich sounding buds with so many practical features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new 2 sound drivers really do improve the sound. I feel that the bass is so much more pronounced while the treble compliments that experience as well. Now, I have the Z fold 6 and if you want the best of these buds you need a Samsung device. The EQ is extremely customizable where you are given around 6 pre-made options but I personally chose to use the customizable 9 band EQ. I also enabled the voice commands which has left me very surprised on how little lag there is. It almost feels instantaneous. Here there is no option to add more commands but I feel that the options you are given are extremely adequate for practical needs. You can raise/lower volume, stop/resume/skip/replay songs, and answer calls with your voice. Speaking on the noice cancellation, it's great enough to block out 90% of sound. But I think the ambient sound should be talked about more because there are certain points while wearing where it sounds like I have nothing on my ear. There are no robotic sounds it sounds completely natural and isn't exaggerated with sound boost. If you have a Samsung device, I absolutely recommend to get the Buds 3 Pro.

I've had every iteration of Galaxy Buds over the past 5 years, and these hands down, are the best yet!
Between the easy to use controls on each stem, the upgraded HQ audio settings and the new AI features, it's worth the upgrade right there and would have received 5-stars. Now for the real game-changer: these fit better than any pair of Buds I've ever had! Well done Samsung 👏 ... also, longer battery life ... how can you go wrong? Pick up a pair now, you won't regret it!

Great sound, wireless charging horrible

While the sounds quality and controls is a 5, it does not wireless charge easily. That made it 3. I have the larger wireless charging pad and everything goes on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love'em, love the design, the features, the sleekness the shine. These are my best ear buds yet. Can't wait to see what samsung has in store for the next gen. Oh and the instant translation is a game changer! I can finally easedrop on my Spanish speaking friends, lol.

Excellent except for the fragile ear tips

Sound quality is excellent. Noise cancelling is excellent. Look of the buds is excellent.
The ear tips are horrible. They will easily will rip off the mount requiring you to dig the broken piece off of the bud. Tried chatting with Samsung support to get new tips, but they gave me a runaround telling me I had to visit a service center. Be very careful when removing the tips.

The buds ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I thought I wouldn't like the new shape of the buds, but I was fascinated and their new gesture functions although I cost to adapt but they are perfect, after trying them carefully and comparing them with my buds 2 pro but now the change in both form and audio quality is huge, at first I think I wouldn't like them, but now I recognize that I love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are an amazing pair of earbuds. Superior to the Pro3 and are not touch sensitive. I'm not sure about the buttons on this Pro3 for water intrusion purposes. The click in touching the Buds in annoying.
