Not an upgrade of buds2pro but an inferior product

I kept them because I for a discount via a trade-in for my Buds Pro... Unfortunately, Buds Pro 2 are better in every way. These new buds have a few serious issues: 1)the new form factor makes it much more difficult to play, pause, answer calls, adjust volume and do everything else I used to be able to do with just a press because now, strangely, it requires a pinch. 2) the ANC noise is now very pronounced and the noise isolation itself is way worse than it was on both buds 2 pro and the original buds pro 3) I noticed that "tuned by AKG is gone from the box, is that why the sound is louder but with so much distortion? 4) the stem not only makes it more difficult to operate but also introduces constant noises by rubbing against my skin and clothing. 5) I expected improvements in battery life area and there aren't any 6) every single so-called "AI" feature is completely and utterly useless. 7) my silicone eartips broke on day three and I'm still looking for a replacement, Samsung customer service was unable to help me with any of my issues, period and they don't sell replacements. As far as pros, well, these are louder than the previous buds2pro and BudsPro but it's not a benefit really because there are now noises and the quality of the sound isn't nearly as good. The case came with a carrying strap add on for free, so that's good, I guess... Overall, I am extremely unhappy and will continue to use buds2pro until I either run out of patience or Samsung fixes the ANC noise and sound problems with a software update.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fit and Function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tips were a bit different to swap but not too bad. The noise cancelation is very good and the fit is great. I am still exploring some of the functions but being able to talk to play or stop music is a nice touch.

Comfortable and great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really picky about my earbuds and how they feel in my ear. I have given more a way to others in my family than I care to say. I will say that these are about the most comfortable earbuds that I have ever worn from Samsung or anyone else.
The sound quality on these are the best yet that I have tried. Really phenomenal! The microphone sound is excellent as well which is a bonus when I am using them for calls. I wear these Buds more now than I have before just because these are so great and so comfortable.
The noise cancellation for what it is is excellent as well. I have had no issues with quality on these including swapping out the tips.

Not as good as the pro2

Ear fit is not as good as the Buds Pro2 making putting these earbuds on not pleasant. Also the proprietary earbud tips make this unfriendly to find third party earbuds for.

My fav Samsung Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had original Buds, Buds Live and Buds Pro. I couldn't use Buds Pro 1 and 2 due to it making my ear itch due to the nickel in it. But these ones I can finally use again. Love the fit, I can shoot around in basketball without having to worry about it falling out. Pretty good sound and noise cancelling. Not sure about the Galaxy AI with it yet, hoping more features get added.

Firmware issues

I really like these buds but unfortunately the microphone does not work on Snapchat video calls. It works fine with buds2, please fix this issue.
