Great at first...but serious charging issues

I bought these earbuds in late September thinking they would work great. I travel a bit and really enjoyed the integrated AI translation you can use these for. Sounds quality is really good as well as comfort, however, they starting having all sorts of charging issues. Sometimes only one earbud would charge, then the other, then they altogether stopped charging. Very disappointed that they gave out so quickly with such little usage as well.

Disconnecting

I bought this not too long ago, and for some reason when I put both earbuds in they keep disconnecting or my left earbud will not connect at all. Sound is good but my only problem is they keep disconnecting. They are starting to get annoying so I only have my right earbud on

Charging the buds is inconsistent!

The buds are nice, but getting them to charge is horrendous. Something that is supposed to be so flawless and forgetful has become a task. I believe it's a design flaw in the buds, but it has become a big annoyance to double check or fidget with your buds and charging case and ensure that your buds are charging properly, or charging at all, if not, then you have to figure out why. The fit and everything else is great, but the charging pins for the buds needs improvement.

There are not comfortable

Great Quality but not a good fit for small ears

Sound quality is superb, but the fitting is not good, I have small ears so even changing to the small size tips didn't gave me good fit, they are loose and are falling off frequently even when I'm walking. No question of wearing them while running or during workouts. So I have to buy third party ear tips of XS size to get better fit. Samsung should include XS tips or improve their design for better fit for all ear sizes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Charging issues

The main issue is that the buds don't always charge. This is a well known issue and everyone complains about the right bud not charging properly.
The cold makes the charging even worse. My buds pro 2 I could leave in the car all the time, even in winter without any issues. These will kill the charge in the cold so when you grab them, the battery is dead.
They look quite cheap too, like I got them from the gas station omw to the gym.
Other than that, the buds are amazing lol.
1 star because of the battery is always dead, they are useless.
