Overall Great Product, some minor flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use of the Galaxy Ai for help in translating while talking to somebody in Spanish to English is a neat trick. The quality of the audio is good but only concern is people have a hard time hearing me when I'm a mildly loud environment.

The case has some problems with charging!!!

The good things about these buds are automatically connected when I switch from phone to tablet without changing the new connection

High-noye eruption

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Samsung Galaxy phones from the S7 Edge until now and continue to do so. They're great devices for work in any environment. I just want to point out that people who use earbuds for long periods will experience uncomfortable moments when they detect high-pitched notes, such as metal clangs, as they generate some weird noises. Also, wearing them for extended periods, like 3-4 hours of watching videos or listening to music, causes humidity in the ear, which can lead to infection. I have no doubt that Samsung has advanced techniques that will upgrade these features sooner or later, but I hope it comes sooner. Can't wait to get Fold 8 and new buds. Love the AI but don't have the qualified device..so I'll pass that.
