These earbuds sound so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy Buds3 Pro Go absolutely everywhere with me. They are packed with features so if I were to lose one it makes it very easy to find it. The sound quality is very nice I normally have my volume up to the max on most earbuds but on these they are so powerful I can't handle it. It has some nice equalizer modes too (dynamic is the best) and my favorite feature about these is they stay in my ears very nicely even at work when I'm hot and sweaty they stay stuck in my ears till I want them out. I can't wait till I can try the new Buds4 pro

The comfort level top notch

I can't imagine doing things without i wear them daily .. from yard work to school functions to relaxing and enjoying music . I was going to up grade ..but these are just so nice.. i will wait.. but i truly do enjoy them.. and charging is easy ..can't get any better

I don't really use the galaxy AI function much but I do like the fact that when I do is Google instead of Bixby. Everything about them is better. The comfort, the fit, the sound quality, the loudness, and the noise cancellation. I even like the LED lights.

They only reason I gave them 4 stars out of 5, is because the battery life only lasts around 3hrs without having to charge them.
Overall, very satisfied.
Didn't try using Galaxy AI.

Super sad with these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd set of Buds, from Gen 1, 2, and now 3. I had so much faith, I bought my daughter a pair. I don't drop my pods. I put one in one day after about 5 months of owning them, and I got a spike of feedback that plays in a loop in one bud. Starts quite, then spikes at the highest sound it can make, then repeats.
I was excited to use the Galaxy AI services since everything I own is Samsung, but now I don't use my buds at all. My daughter has dropped hers over and over and over, and no issues at all.
Mine made a noise that actually hurt my hearing for the rest of the day.
I gave a 3 star because my daughter's white ones work well, otherwise this would be a 1 star. I'm seriously debating getting a different brand for my next pair since these are so expensive and I don't want another pair to break again over nothing.

Please note that an audio feedback loop can occur between the microphones and drivers, especially when Active Noise Canceling (ANC) or Ambient mode is active, or if the microphone is covered. If you're wearing a cap or headband that covers your ears, it may cause interference, resulting in a high-pitched noise or a crinkling sound. To avoid this, make sure you only touch the stems of the earbuds when adjusting or removing them, and avoid touching near the microphone area.
If you encounter any concerns, please submit an error report through the Galaxy Wearables app while connected to your earbuds. To do this, open the Wearables app, select the three horizontal lines, tap the Settings icon, and then choose "Contact Us." This will send your feedback directly to Samsung developers.
If you're experiencing discomfort from the earbuds, we encourage you to contact our specialized team for assistance. The quickest way to reach them is by calling 1-800-SAMSUNG.

Great sound and phone calls are clear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound but most importantly during phone calls people can hear me clearly. With my previous buds 2, people always said I sounded like I was in a ditch which sucked because I work doing phone calls all day. With these easy peasy. They say I sound great. I wish the design was cuter and better colors available instead of these drab colors. I never use the Galaxy AI so not sure how people who use it would feel about these buds but if you care about sound and phone calls these are great.
