Not what I was expecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these because of the trade in. They have some great upgrades. I'm not a fan of them looking like air pods. The voice commands are great. But they are horribly uncomfortable. I really wanted to Buy a second pair of the buds pro 2. But they stopped making them. Not sure why. They had superior noise cancelation. Im sure they could have worked in voice commands and some of the newer features into a far superior platform.

Previously had Buds live. Good sound, but always worried about them staying in ear.
Got these recently and, wow. Incredible sound and pretty customizable. Took some getting used to due to the options for personalizing the sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra! The adaptive and ambient noise is amazing! I love how I can hear all around me compared to my other buds I had. They work seamless actions across apps. I would highly recommend them. They are really comfortable to. Greatest buds I've ever bought so far!
